Hey, hey everyone. So this is me coming back from my mini-hiatus cause I've handed in two of my assignments, finally! And as a reward to myself I went on a small but stupendous shopping spree and bought these wondrous velvetty shoes which are seriously my new favourite addition to my wardrobe.

Battling Anxiety.

For as long as I can remember I've been battling the terrible mental disease of severe anxiety. I've tried everything to keep it together, and even though I've taught myself a little bit about how to handle myself, for the main part my anxiety has stayed as strong as ever. It has refused to respond to CBT, medication, books, techniques and anything you'd find on Google.

I've totally been out of it these past few days, I've been preparing for a uni. speech for Monday, handed an assignment in and I'm preparing for an interview the Monday after as part of my assignment, so things will be a little out of schedule I imagine. The New Hairspray: Making The Switch.

If there is anything that isn't fully fabulous on the beauty market yet, it has to be hairspray. I don't know about you, but I've never actually found a hairspray that I like so much that I'd happily buy it again. I eventually caught myself thinking 'Am I actually using this correctly?' even though the many YouTube tutorials say I am, and I then realised that maybe hairspray's just aren't strong enough for me!

Here we are already in to October. It's insane how fast my summer has gone, and how not ready I am to start uni assignments and my 2nd year, how sad! Since 2nd year is very important to your final mark, I really am trying, and hopefully succeeding with everything. It will be difficult to manage my blog and uni, and getting a part time job, so I'll just have to take the unknown in my stride!

Even though it can take a while for you to dig out something of value, when you find something, you really find something. Welcome to the third weeks weekly obsession! Its literally gone so fast, I remember sitting down deciding to create this series like... yesterday? Anyway, this weeks obsession for me is the new on the scene band London Grammar.

Even though I'm not too fond of doing tags, I thought this one was pretty interesting so I thought I'd give it a go! If you don't know what the tag is, all you do is list your favourite product from each of the categories. I'm pretty nosy when it comes down to peoples favourites and stuff because I can discover new products, I'm sure most of you who are reading this will be similar.

So finally, here it is, my review of CHANEL's VITALUMIÉRE foundation. I've wanted to do this review ever since I got the foundation a few weeks back, but I didn't because I wanted to fully test it out and make up my mind... and I think I have come to my conclusion. 

My Hair Styler Collection.

Hello readers! I've wanted to share my hair styler collection with you all since I started blogging but inspiration for other posts got in the way. Since I'm (kind of) getting back into the swing of things since coming back from Turkey, I've decided to post this now as inspiration is a little low!

MAC Lipstick - Hue.

I once loathed nude shades because I used to think they looked kind of trashy and a little bit slutty. I have no idea why I came to this conclusion, it was all in my head, of course, but I just never was attracted to nudes for that reason, and what a fool I was. Since I wasn't one for nudes, I hadn't even tried it on before until I went into MAC looking for a shade to try out. My friend Kathryn already had Hue, and it looks really nice on her so I tried it on, and I loved it. 

Signature Scent - CHANEL NO. 5.

Many believe signature scents are what make people different from one another, and I happen to be one of them. Signature scents aren't just there to make you feel and smell nice, in fact, in my opinion, the better your perfume the classier you are. 

My Weekly Obsession #2.

Here I am with my second weekly obsession, I really like this series up to now, even though I'm only the second post in! I think I like it so much because I don't have to sit down and have a good think or plan before I write. I just write. I find that in "just writing" I end up spilling out a load of babble which needs to be edited, of course, but I end up with better content. I might try that method when I write my next post and see how it goes. 

IKEA Wishlist.

September 22nd is looming. That's the day when I officially start my second year of university. Even though I am excited to go back, the amount of work that I'll be doing is dreadful, but it'll all be for a good cause! To get me in the mood for going back, nothing works better than a good trip to IKEA. I go on one every year before I go back so I like to plan what I want to buy so I don't get too distracted by other stuff (cause then I'll just spend loads on stuff I don't really need, and no-one wants that).

Hello glorious readers! If you've read my last post (Summing Up August) you would have noted that I'm planning on some schedule changes and new series' to try and reshape my blog. I thought I'd describe in a little detail more about these, and why I've decided to do them!

Happy September to you all! Here in England I'll be trying to buy the last of the summer clothes for bargains so that I can wear them next year, and I'll also be adding more layers to my outfits later in the month to protect me from cold weather (which I'm kind of looking forward to, TBH).

Hey All - I'm Back From Holiday.

Hey ppl, just sat here enjoying my tea and cake talking to you all. I said to myself I wasn't going to blog until I had something blog theme related to say but I just couldn't resist speaking to you all. I had a great holiday, and if you follow me on Insta then you'll probably know that. Tomorrow I have some pictures coming your way- ones I haven't released yet (and ones I haven't even looked at yet). I probably wont be getting back in full swing of things until like... three days time? So don't expect anything fancy until I've caught up on my sleep and said hey to everyone at home.
