MAC Lipstick - Hue.
I once loathed nude shades because I used to think they looked kind of trashy and a little bit slutty. I have no idea why I came to this conclusion, it was all in my head, of course, but I just never was attracted to nudes for that reason, and what a fool I was. Since I wasn't one for nudes, I hadn't even tried it on before until I went into MAC looking for a shade to try out. My friend Kathryn already had Hue, and it looks really nice on her so I tried it on, and I loved it.
Even though MAC lipsticks are pretty pricey (this cost £15.50 if I remember correctly, that is), and the price never seems to go down, ever, I still think this was definitely worth the money. I don't have many lipsticks from MAC, but the ones I have I love, and they're of a real good quality, not to mention they smell fabulous.
Nudes are good because they go nice for day and night, and they make your eyes stand out so amazingly, if I do say so myself. If you're looking to make your eyes stand out, I would definitely recommend this product, especially if you're not fond of eye makeup and you want a quick fix.
Hue is part of the Glaze range, and therefore leaves my lips looking sheer, and more plump than usual. I'm always self conscious about my thin lips, and a nude like this does help them to look a bit more fuller, if not a lot.
The one and only disadvantage that I have found in using this product is that it wears off quite quickly. I imagine that this is because it isn't a strong shade, so retouches during the day are essential if you're wanting to go with the glazed look all day. But if you're like me, and you get kinda lazy and forget about your lipstick then you'll apply it once and only once before you leave the house.
Have you tried Hue by MAC?
I've never actually seen much about this shade before, but it looks amazing, especially with your skin tone! I used to feel the exact same with nudes, I think because we all attempted 'foundation lips' when we were younger and they're too similar haha. MAC's nudes are so delicate, they're my absolute favourite. Snob is such a gorgeous colour too! x

I think Keira Knightley has worn it for a photoshoot before, that's how it got famous or something. I can't quite remember. But yeah, Snob is also a really nice colour. I actually picked that one up before this one!
