Mornings for many of us are usually packed with masses of different clothing items, a jumble of makeup and a clutter of papers stuffed into a not so practically sized bag. By the time you’re out the door, you have forgotten the essential of breakfast. This is an ongoing issue for most of us, so I have come up with a pleasant little recipe that fits all the breakfast nutrients into a smoothie that you can reach for, ready-made, every morning before leaving for your day.
Thing’s you’ll need:
A handful of Raspberries
A handful of Blackberries
A handful of Blackberries
8 Strawberries
Natural Yoghurt
You can of course add some other fruit of
your choice to make it more personal!
A blender
A bottle or to go cup
STEP 1: Firstly you need to wash and prepare your
ingredients. Slice your strawberries into fours and rinse them with the
raspberries and blackberries in the sink.
STEP 2: Throw these into your blender and add four or five dollops of natural yoghurt, or more depending on your preference.
STEP 2: Throw these into your blender and add four or five dollops of natural yoghurt, or more depending on your preference.
IDEA. If you can stomach oatmeal, you could mix some with your smoothie, too.
Great little recipe! I'm so bad with breakfast so smoothies do seem the better idea. How are they at leaving overnight? Do they seperate?

They do separate a little, its best to shake it in the bottle before drinking!
DeleteI think a juice in the morning, along with porridge or some granola, is the best way to start the day. I've noticed how much more awake I feel. My favourite fruits are berries, so I'm glad you've shared this with us!

I seriously struggle with eating a proper meal, its usually toast while I'm doing my makeup, so its good to have a smoothie! My favourite fruits are also berries, raspberries are my most favourite! x
